The Story
5,100+ total under roof square footage, 3,257 heated square feet. This 3-story, 1980’s contemporary turned modern coastal dream home looks out over a canal from every room on the back of the house. Adding just under 1,000 heated square feet during this major renovation gave this home the facelift with additional square footage that it needed. Occupying the top floor is the Owner’s Retreat complete with en-suite, walk-in closet, sitting area, and California sliders that open to a private deck with a hot tub. Taking the elevator down a level lands you in the hallway outside the additional bathrooms and a left turn lands you in the open concept kitchen with an oversized island, prime for entertaining. The family room overlooks the water with another California slider that leads out to the 2nd-level balcony. Taking the elevator down another level to the 3-car garage. This space combines the garage with storage, allowing enough space for all the owner’s toys, land and sea alike.
